USDA Non-Discrimination Statement
The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) is committed to ensuring a discrimination-free environment for its customers, employees, and applicants. Filing an Employment Complaint
If you wish to file an employment-related complaint, contact your Agency’s Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Counselor within 45 days of the alleged discriminatory act, event, or personnel action. Filing a Program Complaint
To submit a Civil Rights program discrimination complaint, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, available at http://www.ascr.usda.gov/complaint_filing_cust.html or at any USDA office. You may also call (866) 632-9992 to request the form. Alternatively, you may write a letter including all required information and send it via:
